At Raum by Sarb, we aim to deliver your fashion with care and promptness.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking information.

Delivery Time:

  • Local (within Pakistan): 3 to 5 working days

  • International: 7 to 14 working days (Currently limited. Please contact us before placing an international order.)

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan.
